This service is perfect for an assessment of the color & fluorescence of a rough diamond. Color is measured using ImaGem’s color grading technology and the results are communicated to the client. No printed report is issued for this service. The service can be upgraded for a color report for an additional fee.
Color & Fluorescence Consultancy for Rough Diamond Parcel:
This is a consulting service for an assessment of color and fluorescence of a parcel of rough diamonds. The service is offered in two formats. In one format, each rough diamond is measured for color and fluorescence; this service is recommended for a parcel of large diamonds- 2 carats and above. For parcels of small rough diamonds (less than 2 carats each), a random sample of rough diamonds is measured for assessment of color and fluorescence. These services are performed using ImaGem’s objective color grading technology. No printed report is issued for this service. The service can be upgraded for a color report for an additional fee.
Clarity Consultancy for a Rough Diamond (single stone):
This service is performed using ImaGem’s objective clarity grading technology. Inclusions in the rough diamond are mapped and a Clarity Ratio is calculated to make an objective assessment of a rough diamond. No printed report is issued for this service. This service can be upgraded for a clarity report and an electronic file showing location of inclusions.
Clarity Consultancy for a Parcel of Rough Diamonds:
For a parcel with rough diamonds more than 2 carats each, each rough diamond in the parcel is analyzed and the result is communicated to the client. For a parcel of rough diamonds (less than 2 carats each), a random sample of rough diamonds is processed for assessment of clarity. No printed report is issued for this service. This service can be upgraded for a clarity report and an electronic file showing location of inclusions.

This service includes a detailed analysis of a rough diamond’s color, clarity, fluorescence, weight, shape and other information. We use advanced objective grading technology in conjunction with experts to perform this service. This service is excellent if you are buying, selling or trading a rough diamond. A report is included with this service.

3D Video of Rough Diamond (single stone):
Taking excellent quality videos of diamonds is a challenge. We use advanced digital video technology and high magnification using 3DPro from ImaGem Inc. to take a close up video of a diamond. The video is fully interactive. This is a valuable service for buying and selling of diamonds and for planning to cut a rough diamond. A link to digital file is delivered to you upon completion of this service. 3D Video service is available for polished diamonds, gems and jewelry. Ask your PGGL representative for more details.
Cutting & Polishing Services:
At PGGL Brazil, we offer turnkey solutions for cutting polished diamonds from rough. Currently, cutting is done in our overseas facility with complete oversight from our team of experts. Our team works closely with you to determine the outcome and confirm it with you prior to cutting. Lead time for this service varies since it involves shipping overseas and manual processes.
